Had a blast here for 2 nights. The room was tidy, and the bed was super comfy—I slept like a baby! The food was bomb too, especially the breakfast. Just a heads up, the vibe can get noisy late at night from the pub below, but it wasn't too bad for us.

I recently spent three nights and the delicious beef bao buns were a standout! Our room was very clean and stylish. a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely return!

The room left a bit to be desired, with noticeable paint peeling off the walls and a door handle that required some repair just to operate. Food service timing proved questionable. meals arrived before drink orders were taken, leading to a 25-minute wait for wine while our food sat, possibly 'kept warm' for too long. Breakfast options leaned towards the extravagant, making a simple cereal or coffee seem more appealing for a straightforward morning. there were instances of poorly cooked meals, like dry queenies that were disappointing given the setting.

Perfect match for taking strolls in Longridge with definitely value for money. Had a fabulous meal and great service from the staff. Make sure to try the Fruits de mer dish.

Our room was a Standard Double, perfectly cozy with a super comfy bed that was hard to leave in the morning. we had an amazin time at derby arms! the atmosphere was so cozy with log fires, and the food was absolutely delish! the staff were super friendly and attentive. we had a fab dinner at night and a tasty breakfast in the morn. the place is a solid base for exploring the countryside.

the only downsides were that the room could've been a bit cleaner and the music from the pub was really loud at times.
